| Why have a Personal Trainer? | |||
| Because a personal trainer can effect a
dramatic change to your lifestyle and therefore to your wellbeing. Many people have great intentions when they start out on their fitness regime - only to fall by the wayside as they find the gym a tougher prospect than they thought. That's where a personal trainer comes in! Just think, for a small payment each week you will have someone to help you train, to motivate you and of course to share the pain (well almost). Just putting the appointment in your diary is likely to help you, and our expertise and knowledge will ensure that you don't end up doing the wrong exercises or eating completely the wrong foods. |

| What benefit am I going to get from a personal training programme? | |||
| Invariably, the first question we get asked! The fact that you
are reading this means you are probably thinking about the benefits of a
personal trainer. But, what do you think you need help with?
Improving your fitness levels; rehabilitation after an illness or
operation; losing a few pounds; improving your general health; or even
training for a marathon. The benefits of personal training with us is that we will:
We will be there to motivate and encourage you, and your programme with be both fun and challenging |

| 1 2 1 Training | |||
| Personal training is so called because it's all about 'one to one'
advice, guidance and motivation. The whole reason for paying for
your own fitness trainer, is to get this attention and a training
programme that's right for you. But why do you need 1 2 1 training? Different people have personal trainers for different reasons. Some can't work without a training partner, some have injuries that need careful monitoring and some people have specific goals, like a marathon. Whatever the reason, we will be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and for the hour or two that you pay us - we are all yours. Initially, we will have a consultation to chat about your lifestyle, nutrition, health and goals. We will then guide and motivate you through your bespoke programme, to achieve measurable results During your consultation we'll chat about what you want from a personal trainer, we'll establish you initial goals and complete a lifestyle screening questionnaire - this will give us an overview of your exercise history, to help us tailor a programme to cater for any medical considerations and to give us an idea about what else may be going on in your life that may effect our work. We cater for our clients' individual needs - designing a regime and taking you through the paces at your local gym, or prescribing an effective regime to reach your objectives within the comfort of your own home or office. Training at home is a luxury that enables you to manage your lifestyle more efficiently due to cutting out the normal travel time and expense of getting to and back from the gym. We will come to you and provide the equipment necessary to match the needs of your exercise diagnosis. Training in your home or place of work, also allows you to easily accommodate your workout into your daily routine which is great for maintaining consistency. We can just as easily visit you at work, so a busy schedule becomes easier to manage. If you are a regular user of a gym but need some professional guidance, motivation, a training partner, or are struggling for results - we can visit the gym with you and kick start your old routine. Alternatively, perhaps you enjoy training outdoors - with so many parks around this area there's no reason why we can't take advantage of them. Whichever choice you make you'll be guided through a stress relieving workout that comprises of tried and tested formulated techniques enhancing the body's strength, tone, balance, co-ordination, lung capacity and metabolic rate. |

| Your health | |||
| What about your health & exercise; your fitness; or your current
lifestyle? We watch TV on average of 3-4 hours a day, many of us sit
at computers all day, take cars or public transport to work and dine
out. This is often all excused as a 'modern way of life'. So
why not change the way your live? Better health, more exercise and
increased fitness can be the key to a more confident, fitter and less
stressed you ... not to mention opening up new possibilities for your
lifestyle.

| Why should I exercise? | |||
| The benefits of exercise are almost endless!! | |||
| Motivation | |||
| It's a common problem - motivation. Not just for
getting to the gym or for working out correctly, but look at giving up
smoking or losing a few pounds - the list is endless. Motivation
is a driving force that, sometimes, everyone needs a little help with. There are a number of reasons why a personal trainer can make the difference and positively motivate you :-
Having said all this, don't think you are unusual when on a wet and windy Wednesday evening the last thing you want to do is workout. This is when we come into our own and make you feel great about yourself and of course help you to achieve your goals. |
