Home visits allow for a full fridge check and for solutions to be offered where appropriate.  The initial Nutrition & Weight Management consultation combs through the many questions and answers necessary to build a better, tailored diet.

Developing and monitoring a food diary is one of the many means to tackle the task ahead, whether you're looking to slim down, or bulk up.  After the initial consultation clients are advised to continue with follow-up sessions.  For details on this service please contact us.

Confused about calorie counting and nutritional value of what you are eating?

Try the Searchbox at the top of the page.  Simply input the food that you are looking for and press search.  You may then be asked to define the food further.  Once you have found the food you are looking for you will be provided with full nutritional breakdown of the food.  This will include calories, macronutrients, GI and vitamin and mineral content.  An invaluable tool for everyone following a weight loss, maintenance or bulking diet.
